• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone joining the 9/11 Ride to DC ?

I wish I could but work commitments, kid in school, lack of logistics being planned out, and the distance I would have to travel prevent me from participating. :(

Safe travels to all that do go.

For those of us who can't travel far it would be wonderful to have communities hold commemorative 9/11 rydes.

I would love to be able to go ride to DC on 9/11....but not in the cards for me....maliamd...GREAT suggestion.....

Looks like I'm going to make this gathering. I have to work Wednesday morning because I hold a monthly teleconference with my associates around the globe and it can't be rescheduled. So from 7-10 I'll be at work, then I'll hit the road for DC. Since my office is only 25 miles out of DC I think I can get there before it's over. :ohyea:

Here is the lead FB page to find your state and sign up https://www.facebook.com/events/723780277635641/

I live in TX so too far to go, and I have a few spyder problems to get worked out first. I heard this was also at the same time as a muslim march to take place on 9/11. Is the patriot guard going? Please give those of us that can't go a report of what happens! I support patriotic bikers!

PGR is participating as well as Patriot Riders and a lot of local and state veterans groups, and everybody else in between. It's starting to appear in the media across the country.

I've heard it mentioned a couple times on the local DC area talk shows. Now that the official DC permit has been issued and the local PDs were notified, it will become much more publicized here in Northern VA and around DC.

Rumor has it that VA now has over 40,000 riders confirmed.!

Can't make DC wish I could. Will be with PGR in Urbana, OH for the memorial mission there.

Ride and ride safe,

9/11 ride to DC

Just a reminder to PGR members- This is NOT an official PGR mission, nor is it supported by National administration. They consider this a political event, and PGR does not participate in political issues.

Group leaving out of Kingwood Texas this Saturday in am. I can't go due to work and ST issues :banghead:. So will take cage instead and help with send off.

Looks like the total numbers of bikes could be important. Is there a sign up website, or do you just show up?
