• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello all,

I just put up a new member post on the general discussion area, but thought I would also post here too. We just purchased a new RS-S about two weeks ago. We haven't seen any other Spyders in our area, but hopefully other owners will see this. If you are located in the Brazos Valley, please feel free to drop me a line.

We will keep track of the events in the Austin and Houston areas. Hopefully we will be able to join those groups.

regards,
Caladan (and Mrs. Caladan)

Congrats on the new :spyder2:. We ride to Collage Station a lot...love that Freebirds... but live about 100 miles away in Livingston...

My wife is an Aggie...

Married and Aggie Class of '82(rides a Harley) and have lots of Family in college station. I'm three and a half hours away but if we ride there I'll message you

We had a great meal. Place is certainly on my return list. Sorry we apparently missed you.

We did stop by, but there was no seating available. We spoke with a Goldwing owner outside for a few minutes, then left to go get breakfast. Got to see a nice RS and a RT too, which are the only other Spyders I've seen in College Station besides ours.

Sorry, we missed you. The RT belonged to Glynn and the RS is mine. We have ridden together with a few other Ryders from our area and it would be fun to meet you folks at some half-way point for breadfast. Personally, I like going early and returning before the sun gets too hot.

Oh, by the way, that Goldwing owner was probably the leader of our pack.
