• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone here like planning their own routes?

Just curious, what SENA system are you using? Was not aware of any that did not have external controls or am I reading this wrong?
I have a SENA 3S Plus Boom Microphone Kit installed in an HJC C91 modular helmet.

Helmet:

The 3S Plus is two earpieces connected by a cable. The cable runs around the back of the helmet. There's also a charging cable, which is the one with the squarish end on it.
The "boom" part is a microphone that extends from one of the earpieces in front of your mouth.
The on, off, and volume controls are the buttons you can see on the microphone.

With the helmet closed I can't get to the controls, so after turning it on I have to remember to increase the volume before closing the helmet.

That's why I like my 50R I just say "Sena volume up" or "Sena volume down" and it happens. I also have 911 set up as one of my speed dials so I can call 911 by voice if I get separated from my phone and cant get to it.

I have been in 2 accidents which ejected me from the spyder and my tackform holds my phone in place very well, so I have been on the ground twice separated from the phone, but with my gear I have been lucky to walk away with just bruises and a concussion.
