Anyone have experience with DVR Placement? Where did you put yours?

Planning on mounting a camera system with a DVR. The DVR needs to be fairly level as it has a G-sensor. Does anyone have experience with something like this? If it's to be tucked away, where have people found a place to put it? I'm not seeing a lot of level space for it.
NOTE: it will be hidden but needs to be accessible.

That sounds fancy. I'd like to know how it works out b/c it sounds like an interesting set up. Are you doing a permanent mount of the camera? If not, are you opposed to just using a camera with an SD card?

JohnRuckus, It is a camera with an SD card. Here is the link of the one I bought. It's not that fancy but someone I know has one and likes it. I'm looking to mount it somewhere out of sight but still accessible to get to the SD card. Wondering if anyone has done anything like this...

Since you don't have a signature line stating such - you might mention what Spyder you are trying to put this on. That will get you better suggestions relative to your bike.

I have a different camera system but is similar, installed on my 2018 F3L. I put the DVR under the pillion seat. Easy to get to. Take a look there on your mystery Spyder. That may work on yours.

Well, what are you putting it on? There are several dashcam threads you can research on here. I wouldn't drive without one.
