Anyone had any success contacting Pedalbox lately?

Has anyone had any success contacting Pedalbox? Did a form twice on their website. Also found an email address. No response on either.

The reason I wanted to contact them is to verify if my unit is faulty. My dealership says it is. I don't want to put it back on until I know it is 100 percent operating correctly.

I used their online contact us form about a month ago with a very specific question trying to determine if mine was faulty or not, and got a reply about 2 days later to contact my dealer. I replied to that email that saying that I already had, and never received another reply back.

I had a faulty PedalBox as well. I did get ahold of them a while back, but instead of sending me a new one, they did the dance with me and never replaced the unit. All of their suggestions did not resolve the problem. I ended up eating $350 on that POS. I bought a Pedal Commander and so far, so good.

I see some reduced prices on Pedal Box, must be a reason for that.

Well, for me, Sport +2 gives me what I want, so I decided to not pursue the matter, but the OCD in me wants to make sure I'm getting everything I bought, lol.

Note: I let my GF be up front a few times now to get her comfortable with being the driver, and turn off the pedalbox. It doesn't take me long to realize "something's wrong" when I take back over and turn it back on. Eventually I'll leave it on for her, too.

I run my PB on Sport level III and get exactly what I had hoped for. When I 1st got it I tried all the modes starting with city but didn't really notice much of a difference.
Sport + is nutz.

Sport+ is for highway passing only, or just flat out racing. (Hypothetically of course!) It'll jerk your head back every time.
