Looks like Texas Al's Ryker.

Not my bike but have a similar windscreen setup. It is the Can-Am delux fairing (for quad) with the smallest windscreen.

The saddlebags look like 28 Liter Mutazu Universal, also sold by Slingmods with a different top case. The top case in the photo looks like the BRP RYKER LINQ top case

Hi The set up is mine. the windshield is Can-Am deluxe fairing from a quad with the smallest windscreen. The saddle bags where described in detail in another post. I will see if I can find it. Hey Monk! No info. on the setup, but just curious if you are looking at, or have purchased a ryker? For shorter, spirited rides, they look like they could be fun. Hope you doing well, and I will let you know if I am up that way when season starts.
