• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone from Mesa, AZ?

Hello, is anyone familiar with Mesa, AZ around the area of the 202 and the 60? We are thinking about purchasing a home in that area. Specifically east of the 202, south of the 60? Thanks!

Hi, I am in Gilbert. Right down the road from the 202 & 60. Grew up in Mesa. That area is real close to where I live , maybe 5 miles down the road. Have questions?

Snowbird here

We have been wintering near 202 and 60 for last 4 years. Great area for eating, shopping, National forests , and using your spyder. Too warm in the summers for our taste. Lots of places to own or rent.

I have been in Gilbert for the last six years. Great area, just a bit south of where you are looking. What would you like to know? I have access to the MLS if you need any searches.

Just moved there permanently

We were snow birds for 7 years and now move into a house near Baseline and Signal Butte. It's a nice area and fairly free of the big city hassles. Mesa is a big city. It's just that no one knows about it yet.

I'd be glad to discuss anything that I know about with you.

Paul, I know I had no idea how big Mesa was until this weekend. I really liked it there.

If I'm not mistaken, Mesa is bigger than Pittsburgh, Miami, Atlanta, Cleveland, many other "big" cities that you know better. It is 38th largest in the country.

And, I need to get on the forum more often, I missed the alignment session in Mesa.

Subscribe to the AZ page and when there is something new posted it will send you an email so you dont miss any of the upcoming events in AZ.
