• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone experiencing 2021 RT Fuel Gauge Issues? Where should I begin troubleshooting?

Has anyone experienced issues with the fuel gauge on a later model RT?
Mine does not read properly and I'm trying to find out if that is a common issue?
Also my miles to empty is not reading correctly.
Any ideas as to where I should begin trouble shooting?

Don't waste your time sdcat - the fuel gauges & 'miles to empty' on most Spyders regardless of year are, at best, a SWAG, and for most, consistently UN-reliable and quite random!! :gaah: The few 'accurate' exceptions there are out there have no readily identifiable differences to all the others, nor are there any real 'fixes' for those that are inaccurate!! :banghead:

So save yourself a lot of angst, and maybe a wad of cash too;and simply use the gauge & miles to empty as 'pretty random rough guide' devices, and instead, practice using your trip meter like most of the rest of us! :lecturef_smilie:
