• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone else had this problem?

A couple of times now, starting out, cold engine ect... my transmission (semi-auto) on my 2013 st limited has acted up. Up shifting, it revs lower before shifting up and resuming normal acceleration. When down shifting, it does the opposite, it increases the revs before a normal down shift, this is most concerning since you are expecting the trike to slow, but it lurches forward. After about a dozen shifts or so, it acts normal and no more issues? I'm taking it in for normal service Friday, but was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. Doesn't give any codes or anything. Thanks! Dean

I have not noticed any quirks shifting that were not self inflicted. However, I usually start my Spyder then put my gear on and then ride. So it runs for a minute or so before moving.
Might be worth a try. I hope you figure it out.

Good Idea....

to let the engine warm up especially on the semi autos. Oil level and condition plays a big part as well. If it clears up shortly check oil level and let it warm up a bit. By all means tell the tech and have him check it out...

Update: This was a problem of low oil as was suggested. The level was registering on the dip stick, but was low enough to cause this weird problem. Thanks to all the replied. Sorry it took so long to update this thread, just figured out how to find my own threads :opps:
