ANYBODY INSTALL STROBE/FLASHER TAIL LIGHT

Has any one installed CUSTOM DYNAMICS MAGICSTROBESUNV MAGIC STROBE BRAKE FLASHER UNIVERSAL? Or anything Similar? Are you happy with the results?

Is it necessary and worth buying?

I installed it on my 2012 RT...set it on the flash sequence I liked and never changed it. Decided to go with a Backoff flasher on my 14 RT. It has only 3 different patterns and once you pick one you can't change it. I again selected the 3-4 flashes, then steady for a few seconds, and then flashes again...sequence repeated as long as foot is on the brake pedal. The CD flasher offers more flash options and you can change the sequence anytime you like...it is more expensive than the Backoff model.

brake flasher on our 13' RT, and bought again and installed on our 14' RT. In my opinion it is a quality product, easy to install, and we get regular feedback from those behind us that the pattern is attention grabbing and very noticeable. For us, it is a no brainer...

One of the first things I purchased and installed was the 3rd brake
Iight with the strobe flasher (6 seconds strobe and then solid.
It may just be me but drivers behind me seem to stay back a bit further after seeing it come on.

I like mine, when someone is coming up behind me I can tap the brake and it slows them right down. When stopped I have it set up to strobe while the brake is on. I have the same on my BMW.

I installed the Custom dynamics triple play along with the tail center light. This is what it looks like and how I set it up. You can set it up to flash differently.

Thanks guys for all the information. This forum is GREAT! :thumbup: The one I ordered strobes 4X fast then 4X slow then constant till u take your foot off brake.
