• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I happen to live so far out in the boonies they have to pipe sunlight in. Only good thing is no near neighbors around and a spot to test and tune....

I ride out west from D.C. to a nice rural area west of Middleburg, Virginia. Nice open roads with long straights and fun twisties. A bit of a PITA to get to from my current home inside the Beltway, but once I'm there, I can spend all day back and forth on farm roads doing all my necessary, ummm, "testing." :D

(But in all seriousness: it's also been my "proving ground" when I need to tweak my Juicebox settings manually, usually around the changing seasons. Plenty of open space to go flat-out from a standing stop up to a very generous speed to test out performance in all the gears. Rinse, repeat ).

I can remember when I was a kid, there was Grand Ol' Opry on the radio every Saturday night, but it didn't reach our house until Tuesday.

I have a nice isolated stretch of smooth straight blacktop about 1-1/4 miles long where I can rip to 100mph if I wanted to. And it's only about a mile and a half from home.

We also live way out in the boonies where we can basically test anywhere we want to without much worries about LEO opposition. :D
