Anybody buy Slingmods Ryker 3-bag system? Good or bad? Opinions?

Yup, as stated above, 10# of clothing will take up more volume than you have available in the case. Think about how much a pair of underwear, a pair of socks, a t-shirt, etc weighs. Heaviest items are likely extra shoes/boots/jackets and they take up volume..

Can this be used without the top case mounted, side cases only?

yes you can remove and leave off any of the cases you would just have to deal with the wiring leads the bracket would remain.

I have a preorder in for this 3 piece luggage set for my Ryker Rally. I also have both the driver and passenger comfort seats. Will this work with the comfort seats (has anybody installed this with the passenger comfort seat)?

Also, has anybody installed the luggage set and kept the rally splash guard installed? If so, what kind of mods to the splash guard have to be done to make it all work?

thats funny - had the same problem when I startet with my system .. maybe someone offers a longer shock also for the back ???
