Anybody buy from these guys?

Anybody buy from motorcycle enhancements out of oakville ontario? Back in april when Magic Man was offering the home run deal, I ordered that from them and and still haven't recieved it. I called about a month ago and was told that it was back ordered, good enough i'm sure its a popular item. Well I called two days ago and was told that he will have to talk with his supplier and he would call me back. I called yesterday and got the same reply. So I called the man(magic man) to see whats the hold up. Well he(or his rep, didn't get a name) informed me that this company hasn't bought anything from them in the past two years. I was then told that It wasn't possible for him to order this kit as it was a special promotion for the members of this forum, which I said I was. nd that it had to be ordered directly from him, I looked at the ad again and I couldn't see anywhere that it said that or else I would have. I pleaded to see if I was still able to get this offer but no luck, I guess it was too popular at over a hundred bucks off. Too bad as I was going to spend the savings on the mudflaps, but can't afford that no either. So after that I called my credit card company to make a claim so hopefully I get my money back.

This is an unfortunate example of why it's a good idea to always try to deal directly with the site sponsors. I feel confident in saying this would have resulted in the positive experience that many of us have had, and prevented some anguish and unpleasantness from occurring.

I would have done that but I got there name and number off the no magic neon website under retailers. I was hoping that they would have them in stock and I wouldn't have to wait so long and would save on the shipping/duties as they would be divided amoungst a bulk buy.

They should never have charged your card before actually shipping the item - sure sign of a bad vendor!

Different situation when something is custom made - which the Corbin items are - made to order. Units like the triple play or whatever he was ordering are something that NMN stocks.

Ahhhhh nah, we couldn't come to an agreement on the phone when this happened so i'll spend it elsewhere.
