• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Off this Saturday. Wondering if anybody has any rides planned around the Baytown area?

Well I found this, so I will be doing this ride for a cause. Here is a report from FOX News.http://www.myfoxhouston.com/dpp/news/local/120209-westboro-church-bullies-mourning-teen

Looks like meeting up at: American Legion Post 490 11702 Old Galveston Rd Houston,Texas
As you know, Charles was killed by a Distracted Driver. He was killed days prior to his departure to Boot Camp.

Charles had been quoted that he had always wanted to be a Marine. "Marines guard the gate".

Please keep in mind that Westboro Baptist Church was harassing a grieving family and a 14 year old boy with emails such as " You will burn in hell just like your brother already is". If they do decide to show as expected, we intend to show them, as we have in the past - "You Are Not Welcome Here".

The R3VAN Project is, and always be, Rudy's wishes that motorist become aware motorcycles are out there, and Distracted Drivers kill.

Sincerely,

Dar--Glad you were able to make the ride. Had to take mine into shop yesterday. After a ride last weekend, noticed an oil leak on my garage floor under the engine area about the size of a silver dollar. Took it into Wild West and they indicated it was an engine seal leak. They had to order the seal and it should be in next week. The seal replacement will be covered by the extended warranty. While in the shop I told them to go ahead and do the 18,000 mile check....gonna have to hold on to my wallet for that one. In any event, hope to see you again soon.

Sorry to hear the bad luck on the seal. On that ride there was around 180 bikes. I won the 50/50 drawing, it was around $80.00. Told them to keep it for the club for the good they are doing for the locals. Anyway I maybe off 1 more day before leaving. May be leaving by the middle of March.
