Any experience or ideas on Increasing Ground Clearance on the Canyon Models?

Two great videos on Can Am Spyder Canyon and agree with both narrators a lot. The ride and customer will determine the Canyon’s future. The education process is just beginning for future riders on the Canyon when they go in desolate areas or cross country road trips in USA.

It would be nice if we could divide the areas of need on what a rider could do when they travel: first aid kit, compressor/jumper, navigation, rain gear, tow strap, paper map, compass, fire extinguisher, phone list for emergencies, etc. I have been blessed to work with retired doctors, nurses, firefighters, police officers, and military people who help lead on my traveling adventures. If this forum is not the place please delete this paragraph.

The Can Am Spyder Canyon Redrock is “Motorcycle of the Year” and the adventures are just beginning.

"Tow strap" brings up an issue. Pull out of a hole! Probably OK. Tow it miles out of a remote location??? The Spyder manual says a Spyder should not towed. Given the drive train is basically the same, what does the Canyon manual say about towing.

You are correct on the tow strap. I carry my 3 tie down straps for anchoring my previous Can Am Spyder for trailering. No Can Am Spyder can be towed. I have yet to see a method on this web site or any other site how to get a Can Am Spyder Canyon “unstuck”. On our web site there are several pictures and write ups how to secure a Can Am Spyder to a trailer.
Earlier today I was talking to a friend from Arizona who rides a “Harley trike “ and graded gravel roads. He recommended a few. Shared with him there are no pockets in coffins and you can not take your money with you as we talked about the ride of Can Am Spyder Canyons.

They record deaths there quite often from what I hear.

It is probably more dangerous now than it was when I rode there. Faster, more capable machines. And more people.

Had a good friend with a buggy that didn't think he needed a containment net. I still see a good number of people running without them. He was a great driver, but no one is perfect. He rolled his buggy and couldn't keep his arms in due to the g-forces. His arm got crushed and they couldn't repair it. Great guy, but just that one mistake has made a big difference in his life. I haven't seen him in many years. I've wondered how he is doing from time to time but I've lost contact. Life seems to be so fluid these days.
