There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Any battery retrofit to move it into the front trunk on 2012 RT?

Hi All: Does anyone know of a kit to move the battery from under the seat to the front trunk as was implemented in 2013 models. I have a 2012 RT Limited and would really like to get the battery where it is accessible. If so can you send me all the supplier information. Thanks and happy safe riding all.

I don't know of a kit per se. It's not really very accessible in the frunk if you ask me.

Battery

:coffee: ...No. But I don't need a battery every year or so.
I use the OEM BATTERY Yuasa. Have always used a Yuasa and gotten 5 years of life.

I guess that a bike 'power pack' would be a good idea.
Just a thought. ......

I have to access it about once every 4-5 years. I put a couple of pig tails on it years ago,one for heated gear and one for the battery tender.

I've never seen any such kit available, but as they say, given enough time and money anything is possible! There would be a tremendous amount of work redoing the battery cables plus I don't know that the front area of the frame can be modified to accommodate it. Plus the frunk tub is different.

I get that wish...but a pigtail can be place under the left rear handgrip on prior 2013 models -theres a plastic knock out hole there that serves the purpose for a pigtail for a maintainer/tender. Keep the battery plugged in when not in use, you will hopefully replace battery every 3-5 years ( yeah annoying) but ur wish was solved in 2013 with the frunk placement. It's an hour's job as is-no worries.
