• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any advantage to fill Air Bag to perfect pressure & leave it?

I ride 99.99% of the time 2 up.
Would there be any advantages to Manully fill the bag at a perfect pressure and leave it at that pressure?
Would the passenger have a better ride?
The 2 of us are 350 ish.
If so what is a easy way to disconnect it?
Fuse etc.?

No advantage to doing that at all while your ACS is still 'automatic', because the moment you start to ride, the automatic system will reset the pressure to whatever IT decides is necessary to maintain your Spyder's preset ride height! :banghead:

The airbags lose pressure over a short period so it's unlikely that filling to your ideal pressure would be maintained. As Peter suggested, if the ACS is functional, leave it alone. If it not working, either have dealer repair it or convert to a manual set-up like the RT Base system (must fill bag to desired psi via valve under seat).
