• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I e-mailed BRP and this is the response I got. I will provide them with a day time number and see what happens. You will notice it says "your query" and not "Spyders on Fire".

Thank you for communicating with BRP Mrs. Brandon. Your email to the Spyder Team has been forwarded to the Consumer Services Group.

I would like to call you in order to better be able to address your concerns about the Can-AmTM SpyderTM roadster. If you would like to communicate with me to discuss your query, kindly provide me with a telephone number where you can be reached during the day and the serial number of your Can-Am Spyder roadster if possible.

Once again, thank for bringing your concerns to our attention and for your interest in the Can-Am Spyder roadster.

I think his name is Carlo. I provided my phone number and VIN in the email I sent, I guess that why I got a call and not just an email.

Sorry I just noticed you posted your phone call! I was so excited I didn't notice.

No problem on not noticing my post. It sometimes is exciting when BRP finally does reply about one of our concerns

Pretty standard letter. I never got a response when I sent mine with all the photos---

I received the same email from Carlo. I sent him my serial and phone number. I think it was a great idea for folks to contact them. With a fairly new product on the market, nothing is worse than unsatisfied customers and talk of it being hazardous. This is a major liability issue if they don't investigate the cause. Thank the Lord that no one has been injured yet.
