• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Another pesky parking brake problem.

This is not my first rodeo tackling parking brake cable issues. This time, everything thing seemed normal. I stopped the trike, punched the p/b switch, heard a loud clunk and no parking brake. After removing the right side panels, I noticed the cable was not connected to the drive wheel. The slot for the head of the cable, on the drive wheel was 180degs off. The gear that activates the wheel would move about 3/4 of a revaluation, but the drive wheel would not move. While attempting to loosen the wheel's axle nut, I found the nut and axle would spin but the wheel would not and the nut would not loosen.
The wheel will move about 1/4 turn with the aid of pliers. At this location I can see no access to a nut on the other side of the wheel . The cable is not broken or frayed.
Any suggestions??
