• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hi friends!
Last week started off with having a mole taken off the back of my right thigh, 8 stitches, and a bandaid.
So I was wondering how that would affect sitting on my Spyder.
On the 15th, the weather was perfect, nice and sunny, so I decided to take a test ride and see how it turned out.
The plan to start with was a 2 hr ride, but I ended up taking most of the day. ;) Parked outside a bakery in "Åmli", a popular place for bikers to have a pitstop.
My thigh felt rather ok, so I decided to head further up the valley. And that's how the roundtrip got longer and longer. :ROFLMAO:
Started at 11:00 in the morning and was home again at 20:00 in the evening. Stitches held up fine, but my hiney was happy to get off and into my comfychair for sure.
I had the 360 cam recording and put together a video for my Youtube channel, so if you need almost an hour of Norwegian roads and nature, here is the link:

260 miles round trip in southern Norway

One of the most enjoyable experiences of my life was a week in February in the early 1980s at the Norwegian School of Infantry in Elverum where I learned cross-country skiing. No motorcycle at that time though, but a lot of splendid exercise for a runner and long distance bicyclist.

Nice to hear JayBros.
Crosscountry skiing is fun and nature around Elverum is perfect for it I think. (y)
