• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rando,
That ride sounds great, I told bjt about your post and he will read it when he isn't busy. If we aren't doing anything, maybe we can come down and ride in that. It sounds like a great day.

bjt and I are considering it. We would have to ride two up on his Spyder, as mine is going in for my custom paint job tomorrow. He is going to start on Wed. I highly doubt I'll be able to pick it up by the weekend. We haven't had a chance to talk about it yet, but it is a definite possibility. I will post for sure before the end of the week. Maybe we can arrange a meeting place. We would be coming from the Grand Blanc area.

After talking it over with dltang last night, we will not be doing this ride this weekend. I have been kinda busy the past few weekends and would like a day to just vegetate and she said she is going to work a evening shift that day so we would have the additional "pressure" of making sure we were back home in time for her to make it to work. Plus, the downside of this crappy Michigan economy :( , we need to be mindful of our extra cash and I figure it would be at least $50 in entry fee and fuel costs, not to mention any extra goodies we would want to "impulse buy". I think it's better that we save that cash for the Homecoming. Too bad as it does sound like a good time and a chance to hook up with a few other Spyder owners.
