• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yup, after having a brief hiatus from the :spyder2: community, we have once again entered the fold - this time with a 2014 RT Ltd. I wanted the Cognac, she wanted red. She didn't like the Cognac, I couldn't afford the 2015 red. So, we do what all married couples do if they want to continue sharing the same bed - we compromised!
We both like the silver, BUT..
I JUST read that the satin/denim/NON-GLOSS paint schemes CANNOT be waxed. UGH, and I already sprayed one coat of Meguiar's detailer on it. Guess I better clean it off!
Does anyone know if the Lamonster detailer spray is compatible with us denim paint owners?

Oh, and..it's good to be back!

My guess, is that you should be okay with the Meguiar's Quick Detailer... It's not a wax. :thumbup:

:congrats:You will love the new ride, the wife and I did the same thing, we waited a couple of
years and came back to the Spyder after we test rode a 2014 RTS. No regrets!

welcome home...nice choice, nice compromise congrats..:2thumbs: didn't matter what color we want the only one they had was black. The color will grow on you. Enjoy the new ryde, it is different yet the same...:thumbup:
 
Nice looking machine. Hope you are BOTH happy. We do the same thing at our house, when there is a disagreement, we compromise and do it HER WAY!! :D
