There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. An update and Thank you : Loss of Maddie

Sorry to hear of your loss. They are truely our friends and family.

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge...

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them; who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

How beautiful! Never heard this before.

Truly sorry for your loss. Always remember the good years. You did the right thing for your beloved pet so she would not suffer.
Always remembered....never forgotten!

HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT TOO

It takes alot of strength and love towards your pet to go through it to the end with them. You feel like you owe it to them even though it's very painful for yourself. I believe it is such a comfort for them to have you there with them. Prayers for you and your loved furry kid......:pray:

So sorry for your loss.... Just keep reminding yourselves that you absolutely did the right thing!! You did everything you could and in the end you gave her the greatest gift of all--letting her go. She's got some awesome company on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge!!

So Sad to hear...

:pray: for comfort for you...sooooo hard to make those right/hard decisions for our 4 legged family...

So sorry to hear about your loss. I recently lost a dog that I had for 10 yrs, it was so hard to say goodbye and look into those eyes for the last time. There is a huge hole in my heart and I miss him every day. Fortunately I do have another dog and she is getting alot of extra love right now. Only time will ease the hurt, but I'm glad that you intend to give another angel a wonderful home.

Sorry to hear about your loss. We love our pets and hate to see them suffer so we end up struggling with the big decision...but you did the right thing.

I just discovered my Golden has severe arthritis in her hip, and my options are either injections once a month or a hip replacement. :(

We picked up Maddies ashes, lock of fur, and paw prints that we has taken before she passed today... We are going to bury most of her ashes at my Mom under a weeping willow we planted two years ago in honor of our family dog tanner who passed and put another small plack under the tree for her. The lock of fur and paw prints we will keep on a shelf with her picture at our home to honor her. We also have volunteered to foster a pug in need from GMPR after some time to heal in honor of Maddie and her helping me all the years she was with us ...

It was sad picking her up today but glad to have her home and know she is not suffering any longer...

Thanks again for your condolences and continued prayers ...

Sorry for your loss!! I had to put my Mini Schnazuer Byron down last month, and I know your pain. I catch myself looking down and expecting to see him beside me too. I find comfort knowing he is no olonger suffering and in pain.
