• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Does anyone have pictures to post from the Ice House Restaurant in Burlington that attended this ride? I left my camara in the spyder and missed out on taking pictures when we were there.

Great meeting you guys!

It was great meeting you guys at the campground! Hopefully next year I will be able to go on the ride with you?:f_spider: Nice looking Spyders! :D

Back home, good to see my old friends and meet some new ones. See you at SITA if not before.

The only picture I have was the waitress !!!! :roflblack:

All the pictures are fantastic. It's like the rest of us are there vicariously. Nice to see all the RSs!!! I feel like the RTs are taking over the world sometimes!!

Glad everyone had a great time! The scenery is just beautiful!!!

Gail and went up on Friday but could not spend as much money as we wanted to.
Not to many vendors had stuff for the RT.

worth the trip to ride in beautiful country

1204 miles round trip from MD to Plattsburg NY and return

Saw 2 Spyder's near Otego and Sidney on Sunday:yes:

ride safe

Marilyn, Maybe you could join in the fun on some future rides. We could always use more New Englanders on these rides!

This is my hope. It's hard for both hubby and me to do things because of our dog at home. But, one of these days, I need to bolster myself up and get out on these events alone. My Spyder has been 100% reliable. I should get some soft luggage and hit the road!!!!

I took a ride up Saturday but traffic was really heavy so I didn't go downtown (already went thru one loooong traffic delay in Albany), so I sat in a parking lot on the south side of town and watched the bikes go by for awhile. There was one group of 10 or so :ani29:'s (RS's & RT's) that went by, we exchanged waves but I didn't recognize any of the bikes. Looked like a great crowd and I even saw a couple Harley's.

Danny.........You should have got ahold of us before you left, we would have met up and made you dinner. :gaah:

I didn't do my homework very well Randy....I was thinking I would just ride around till I found you guys but, of course, that was totally unrealistic. :sour:

The smells from all the BBQ joints reminded me I left home without eating and a burger or sausage (or even a handful of stale chips) would have really hit the spot....plus it would have been nice to hook up again. I'll plan better the next time!

Sorry Randy.....I missed it too, but heard you won 1st place with your Spyder in the judging. Congrats to you, you really did do a great job on it......glad you won!!

Ah....now I know! :spyder: Thanks Spydrjockey. ;)

Way to go Randy, a well deserved win!

I took alot of pics but my camera was set to high so they are to big for this website. I might have to put them in photobucket and post the link. I will work on something.

You can convert them to a smaller size with many of the available photo programs.

I've tried to look on my computer for a progam to do so, but I'm not having any luck. Any free progams out there to help me with this issue ??? Do you know what is the maximum size allowed here ???

Randy, All the pictures that I posted, I loaded onto photobucket and then added them to this thread from there. I wasn't sure how do do this directly from my camara. At least I never had success doing this any other way in the past. I'll have to check on the actual picture size.
