Day late and dollar short but rumor has it there might be a few extra Spyders riding around Lake George during Americade. The Spyderquest committee will also be up there pre-riding our 2016 ride routes. Most of us will be staying at Moose Hillock Campground in Fort Ann NY. Thursday night we'd like to invite you folks to a burger and beverage blast at site 152 at the campground. Moose Hillock might try to charge you a guest fee, but if you just drive in like you know where you are going, past the guard house (which is generally unmanned) and bear left and continue up hill to corner site 152. There will be someone there directing you to another site for parking. Please put your name on here so we'll have a rough count if you think you will be joining us. We'd love to have you join us for some spyder good times!

i am planning a gropup ride for anyone who is interested at americade this year, ride will be on thursday and leave at 9am from stewarts in lake george next to the forum on rt9 and go up towards lake placid for some awesome bbq at "tail of the pup" bbq and then down thru the village of lake george and the mountains around town,

all are welcome to join in 2 or 3 wheels

will be a pretty good ride and probably take most of the day

Sounds like fun but we are commuting to Americade from Big Moose Lake daily so we can not hook up with you.

I'm doing a similar tour but more challenging. You might consider this if it is a clear day. Tupper north to Clear Lake, hit rt 18 and come into White face Mt from the west. Go up White face, lunch, down, continue east then south to Placid. Back to Lake George. Americade is selling that trip for $100 only they do not use rt 18. Have Fun!

Hey that sounds like a lot of fun. Tammy and I just got our spyder in late April and have just loved getting out. Seems like a nice chance to meet some great people. We live in Middlebury VT and if there is a more beautiful place to ride I just don't know where it is. We are going over to Lake George this sat and up to Plattsburgh. Thursday night sounds like a good time. Were about an hour and change from FT Anne.

GREAT RIDE

We had a great ride with 8 spyders and 1 HD leading us up the mountains and into the cold wind and sprinkles then down back into the warm sun, was a good day and thanks to all that went and hope to see you guys again next year
