• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Always Always check for yourself

Very simple

  • 4 Rules for firearm safety::
  • Treat every firearm as if it were loaded.
  • Always keep the muzzle in a safe direction.
  • Be sure of your target and beyond.
  • Keep your finger outside the trigger guard until ready to shoot.

This vid was stupid.

Any time I hand off a firearm, any firearm, I open the action to double check even though I "know" it is unloaded and then hand it off with the action open. If a firearm is handed to me with the action closed, I always point the firearm to the ground and open the action myself before examining the gun. This practice applies to long guns as well as handguns, semi-auto, slide action, break action, lever action, wheel guns, bolt action, ----- all guns. PERIOD!

Hmmmmm

He pulls the trigger. You hear click and a split second later the gun fires. And where is all that black smoke coming from. An awful lot of thick black smoke to come from a simple laptop. It even looks fake. And just so happens to be a camera there to record the whole sorry affair? Sorry, not buying this.

Real or not: you can easily determine the status of a Seecamp. nojoke
They have about the best "loaded chamber" indicator possible: you can actually see the rim of the cartridge!
He never even looked... :banghead:

As far as the click that you heard: the pistol is double-action only. That was the sound of the internal cocking mechanism getting ready for some noise...

I've got one, and have put thousands of rounds through it.
