• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Almost ready to hit the road

I'm ready for the pull-back bar setup. I've made several measurements, and I sit too far forward for any conventional seat with a rider backrest. Maybe I have short arms and legs to match, don't know. But when I can get a setup to raise and pull back the bars, then I can get the tour seat. Besides "ego" stuff, that'll do it for my sport tour machine.

Thanks dude...I'm looking real close at those bar mods. I've got the brake lever, the slave cylinder, all I need is the final measurement for the braided brake line. Guy downtown says he makes custom lines all the time. I think that the clevis will be made from my spare 1" aluminum stock. Still looking at those bar extensions....need to call around for handlebar caps...don't want to leave bar ends open.

Looks good Twodog. If we had the extra cash, dltang would have a Bushtec hitch and some type of dog trailer to take our dog with us on rides. :doorag:
