There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Allen wrench

Does anyone know what size Allen wrench will fit in the triangle shape hole on the saddle bag frame bolt ? I have many sizes but are either too small or large. Is there another specialty tool for this bolt. Thanks BRP....

I take it you bought the Spyder used.

The wrench came with the Spyder when I bought mine. It was in one of the saddle bags. If you can't find it, I'm sure you can get one from a dealer. I know it'll be expensive, since it's an irregular shape.

Specific wrench

Hi The wrench to take it off should have come with your ST! Mine was in a plastic bag in my Frunk when I took delivery. Took it in for service and it came back without it. When I called my dealer to inquire it's whereabouts they said that the tech had it on his bench and forgot to put it back. The service didn't have anything to do with removing the saddlebags. So that may be where yours went also. Complain to your dealer!!!!

Givi Tool

The wrench you are talking about is referred to by BRP as the Givi Tool. Mine was in the white box of stuff that came with my Limited.

GIVI Tool

I called BRP to ask it I should have gotten a wrench with our ST-L. The lady who answered did not have a clue and told me to call the dealer. Well the dealer said that it didn't come with the bike (imagine that) so I bought one from the parts department. Cost a little over 10 bucks. I also asked about the tire pressure gauge that the owners manual talks about. But the response was the same, No one does not come with the bike (again imagine that).

A 7mm allen wrench will fit it.

My wife got the tool with the bike when we bought her STL last summer. No tire pressure gauge though.

Here is a picture of it.

Wow...thanks for the picture. I saw this when I bought my spyder last July. I had no idea what it was so I put it away and forgot about it. Your picture cleared the cob webs and I dug it out. Pictures are worth 1000 words, thanks again.
