Will do, and I'll report here.
Had the demo today. What a hoot!
The salesman had no idea on first run numbers.
He said they have 16 on order, of which 13 have deposits on them and one is a demo.
The test ride was basically a combination of asphalt, sand and gravel.
I did my best to try to get out of control on the thing and could not.
Blasted into some gravel and stomped on the brake (there is only a foot brake) and came to a smooth, controlled stop.
There is definitely a learning curve to become comfortable and familiar with the Spyder, but I think after a short time it would be second nature.
The front end is definitely twitchy, especially at lower speeds.
Cornering is fun. You have to work this thing in the corners but that is part of the fun.
This thing takes up a big piece of real estate on the road. You will not get 2 in a parking space.
I am not a big fan of traditional trikes but I can definitely see me on one of these things when two wheels become a issue.
