Not taking this guy's side, but in court the officer described the bike as "silver", when it is clearly primarily black and red with a silver accent. Just sayin'. He deserved the ticket, but it should have been dismissed on a technicality.

question being as to the way this whole show was...could not he have been a stunt rider that has done this fall before? there were just too many variables to find this nothing more than entertainment, to me..it was well choreographed ... we all enjoy in our own way....perhaps a public service announcement as to how not to be in court..but if you have to sit in court.....try not to be on the Group W Bench........................
