Alarm

Happy to say we picked up our second Spyder tonight (Every family should have two). It is a 2011 RT-S SE5. When we turn the ignition key off it starts beeping.

Any ideas on what we don't know or may be causing this to happen.

On my 2013 St the park brake has to on before you turn off the key, otherwise it beeps at you

:congrats: on your second :spyder2: and welcome to the twofer club. It sounds like the previous posters have you covered on the parking brake beeper. It does beat that :cus: foot activated parking brake that I learned to dislike so much.

thats what will be happening if you don't put the park brake on. Unless you have the manual shift where you can leave it in gear this is your safety warning feature. Like stepping on the brake to start the engine...hyea:
