Low 40s here this morning, high 50s this afternoon. But we will be back in the high 70s by the weekend.

The humor starts when frost is forecast - all the old folks here bring out blankets, towels and even their underwear (I swear, we have seen it) to cover their plants.

It looks like a horde of homeless people have swarmed into the neighborhood...

Today 10 degrees still very cold, and light snow falling, and no wind blowing.

Last night wind chill warnings for -40 below, ( near the Canadian border) last night temps were -20 -25 below. This morning they had schools start 2 hours late.

Today highs 12 degrees , then tomorrow in the 20's above zero. Hurry up spring get here. Time to farkle Spyder!

I was desperate to watch TV late night yesterday. Watched the History 2 Channel for a bit. IMO: most of their programs are a joke and you need to take their points of view with a real large grain of salt. Back to the point...

They had a program on that talked about a global "freeze." Last experienced in the 1300's through the 1800's. I guess that since it is lately colder than warmer, they had to temporarily shelve the global warming thing--until at least summer. :roflblack::roflblack:
