• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Akropovic Baffles

TxSpyderGirl just bought a second hand Akro muffler for her F3T without the baffles.

Can anyone tell me the model number for the baffles for the Akro?

She likes it without the baffles, just want to see how loud it is with them in.

Thanks,
Bill

This is prob gonna be one of those things you will have to have the dealer look up and find for you. I looked thru all the install doc's on the BRP site and no part numbers are listed on any of the Akra silencers except for the Straight Shot which doesn't even have a baffle (they were for the heat shield and tip).... This was the case for me with the "collars" for the BRP passenger seat. And I even HAD the part number but couldn't find them anywhere except thru the dealer....

You need to contact Akrapovic for parts. Since they are a European company, It is difficult to get parts. But I got them to send me the carbon fiber endcap and hardware when I dropped mine on installation and broke it.

This is strange because my 2015 RT had Akripovic Exhaust came with baffles , mty new 2016 F3Limited Akripovic exhaust came with no baffles both pipes were brand new.
BRP explanation was that baffles were added late in production on the line,so some have them some don't .
Check your dealer he may have a part# for them or he might have one kicking around the shop
