air scoops kit

Has anyone pushed it with BRP to get the kit free at this point. I just saw this thread and if I have to will pay but I do feel they should supply them given the heat issues.

They were free to owners of the 2013 RTs. :thumbup: This was handled under the recall of those bikes.
Anybody else who wants a set: pay the very reasonable price, and tell us how much you love them!

I got them put on our 2012 last year for no cost. Your dealer must contact BRP on your behalf.

Losing the deflectors

It looks like if you install these you lose the upper air deflectors. Does this create less air flow and does the reduction of heat make up for it?

:shocked: Yes; you do lose them...
If you add a set of Baker Built's Air Wings: you should be good to go! :thumbup:

Yes you do. This is how I compensated for that loss.
