• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Air horns for RS

Do the air horns work on the RS too, I know the RTs are getting them installed but would like to put on my RS? If tso what is the best place to purchase if anyone has a recommendation?

The air horns will work on any vehicle, even an RS the hard part if finding
a place to put them. I am still trying to come up with a good place to put
my OOGA horn... ( not sure if spelling is right )

Here's my install of it. it's mounted on the support bracket that bolts the LH plastics on. and I also left the OEM horn on and just T Spliced into the wires. On a big note, remember to buy the relay as well. it's the same price as the horn, but will prevent you from blowing fuses. I mounted that under the center console on a piece of plastic that's hanging down for no aparent reason.

Still Have It?

Have you installed your OOGA horn yet?
If so, where did you position it?
Have any pics?

On a GS/RS, there is a metal tab standing up just behind the front fuse box, I mounted my Stebel there. Posi-tap into the wires going to the original horn to power the relay, wire the relay harness direct to the battery. Be sure to use dielectric grease on all the connections.

I mounted my Stebel Nautilus in the OEM horn location. Drilled small hole in frunk as the air horn intake was pressing against the wall.

Whatever brand you buy, if there is an interposing relay in the install kit replace it with a Jegs WATERPROOF relay. My standard relay shorted two hours after a bath and blasted horn until the relay burned out.
