Age of riders buying a Ryker

I'm picking up a black 900 tomorrow. 63 years old, and it's my 7th bike! My current bike is a Suzuki C50 Boulevard, and my wife rides an 09 Can Am Spyder.

Check out ryker lovers on facebook and you will see the younger and first time buyers who are having a hoot with their scoots.

I'm not young but I don't know what it means either. Maybe it means attaching a pair of fuzzy dice to the windshield?

Generally refers to things added that are a blend of "Functional" and "Sparkly", aka Farkle.

Some of what I'm seeing added out there isn't even really any degree of functional (like colored "glow" lighting under the bike).

Just looking for a bit more stability for my young at heart mind. At almost a young 65 I'm not liking the ride of my current bike, Aka. She's a 2012 Suzuki Dl 1000. I've already named our Ryker Rally "Hopper" and look forward to acquiring him/her..

I got my ‘16 RTL in January. Got the Baja sway bar installed and it was a good move. Not sure about the upgrade on the shocks, very pricey. I’m enjoying the bike. Oh ya, I’m 72 years young.
