• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New to Spyderlovers and I'm really enjoying the information. We pick up our new 2010 RTS SE5 next week, as you can imagine my wife and I are very excited. Not sure if you do this in the US however in Australia we tend to buy a bike then change the awful factory system for something more pleasing, sound and looks and I was wondering if any of you RT owners had replaced your muffler for an aftermarket slip on. In searching the net I found that Two Brothers Racing and Yoshimura make some really nice looking slip on mufflers. Any advice?, I will be on the road so it needs to be street legal.

Regards

Teddy & I would like to say Congrats & Welcome to the Spyder-Hood

Over here in the US, we commonly refer to our Modding Madness as "Farkeling" or "Farkles" & I think WE ALL do it to one degree or another:yes: Besides ryde'n, its the other half of the fun:yes: As for your exhaust question, I have no advice for ya, sorry :( But I'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions & oppinions soon enough. Again, :congrats: & :welcome:

:welcome:from down under .As you stated ,TB and Yoshi are the two most popular up here and a lot of people with these exhaust add a Juice Box and a performance air filter as well .

I had the Two Brothers installed on our 2012 RT. It came with the peformance package and we love it. Nice throaty sound and not too loud.

There is a place in aussie land that makes an aftermarket for the RS. They never got back to me on one for the RT, because they hadn't seen an RT come in to them.....I'm sure they could hook you up if you brought the bike to them. I remember it being a free flow all stainless steel, nice looking and nice sounding pipe on the RS.

Because i can't remember a thing these days, the name escapes me:banghead:....Autotune? I also believe it is your knock of the woods or close enough to geelong...

** i found it...http://www.staintune.com.au/exhausts/can-am/ Staintune..

Thanks for the contact, I know Staintune, they make a very good quality product. As for Two Brother and Yoshimura, we are coming over to the states in Sept/Oct 2012 for 3-4 weeks, so may even buy and take it home. Thankyou to everyone who took the time to respond and welcome me to your site.

Regards
