• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After advice installing battery tender cable to my seat area?

So I'm flying to Louisville next week to pick up a new used 2021 RT and ride it home to California via Houston. Heading south!! Weather is turning cold and decided it would be best to use my heated gear. Will need to hook up to the battery and run my wires in the parking lot of my hotel before I leave, So looking for advice in advance. I understand the battery needs to be removed to access an opening, am I right? for sure the one small panel on the left, but can I fish the cables without removing the large panel? Thinking a heavy duty 24" zip tie to fish the cable. Trying to minimize the procedure and have a plan. I'm sure I'm bringing all the tools needed. Thanks in advance!

You will not have to remove the battery to get access but you will have to remove the cover. My suggestion would be to tape a string to the front of the zip tie and feed it from the seat area forward to an open area. then you should be able to feed it from there to the top of the battery. Don't forget to put an inline fuse.
