• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hubby and I are headed to the BRP event in June in California. We will be passing through Las Vegas and thinking of camping there overnight. Any suggestions as to where to stay?

Thanks!

You might want to check for Hotels as well, even on the strip, as there are so many good deals in that town and you can get rooms at great prices now..........just a thought.

You can get nice Vegas casino rooms for $50. a night - if you can afford to do this - you get major bang for the buck -

Enjoy the :spyder2: trip!

You might want to try some sites like travelocity.com, Buffalo Bills casino is really cheap right now. Most people want to stay in Vegas, so BB has lowered there prices to draw people in. I will definately see you here at the BRP event. Ride safely:2thumbs::yes:

We have evolved from camping lexor is cool ... Camping in vegas is like going to 5 star restrant and ordering a grilled cheese. :ohyea:

Not to disagree with everyone here, but maybe you enjoy camping or you are saving all your nickels and dimes for the actual event in Los Angeles. That is why bjt and I are camping along the way and back. $35-50 may not seem like a lot but it can be a meal or two, maybe more if you are really working it. I hope you find some nice areas to camp. Check for local KOA's you can usually count on those.

If you have a camper and get desperate, the Orleans hotel has camping in the parking lots for RV's. Otherwise, not much camping that I know of, plus it might be a bit toasty.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are tent camping and I think our choices are limited in Vegas. Might be a night for a hotel. We're still debating.

Circus Circus has an rv camp ground and spots for tent trailers. I think its like $18.00 a night . Last time i checked. it wasl ike $25.00 for rv's with hook ups. Check out thier web site.
