There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Adjustable windshield vent

I'm wondering if a windshield with the adjustable vent in it (like the RT windshield) would help take care of the buffeting issues ?
I, like others, am at a crossroad, F3 or another RT.

I know that on my 2012 RT the windshield was one solid piece and i got some buffeting.

On my 2013 and 2014 RT the windshield has two cutouts, no buffeting.

PS, ............ RT and F3 are two complete different machines, my .02 is stay with the RT but many others prefer the F3. Choose carefully, you will have to live with your choice.

Aftermarket Windshields for the F3

I think F4 Customs may be the one who will make a vented version of their windshield for the Spyder F3. They are looking for someone to let them use their own F3 to mock-up and develop a windshield. Any takers out there??

I know exactly what your saying Joe !!! :-)
I have test driven the F3. Love the bike but there was a lot of
buffeting and wind uplift (catching under my helmet and pushing it up).
Thats why I thought maybe the vented windshield would help in that area on the F3. I have the BRP vented windshield on my RTS. The vents took care of almost all the wind issues.
I love my RTS and know if I got another RTS I would be happy as can be.
LOL I'm kinda spoiled in respect to the luxury of my RTS but that F3 keeps drawing me in !! :-)

I have the F3 and the Blueridge windshield and have no issues with wind. Have the Bell /Sena setup, I'm 5-10 and freeway riding is enjoyable

Hi Tommy -

What about your Aluma Trailer? I'm not sure if a hitch is available yet for the F3. :dontknow: Or do you already have a plan for that?
P.S. - Looking forward to the Caswell rydes again this season.

LOL Thats another unanswered question I'm wondering.
I'm understanding, Lamont is working on a hitch for the F3.
If I get the F3 and there is no trailer hitch, I will probably sell the trailer !!

And YES !!! I'm also looking forward to the Caswell rides !! Had a lot of scheduling conflicts last year. Missed a lot of rides. :gaah:

NO it does not. I would like the standard windshield back.
