I use our Garmin Zumo on the Spyder and in our cages (with automotive suction cup mount). I have two other motorcycles that I used to use a Nuvi with and I wanted to be able to use the Zumo but didn't want to do the hardwired mounting. After unsuccessful searches for a solution I finally contacted Garmin Customer Service and they pointed me to this - https://www.gpscity.com/ram-mount-1-inch-ball-to-garmin-g-ball-adapter.html. I already have a couple of the ball mounts on my bikes, so I just pop the suction cup piece from the back of the mount and I can hook it up to the ball mount (with an arm) on the handlebars using this adapter.
