• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Acs suspension

This is on the left side of swing arm. If your compressor works it should level the suspension and the bike has to have the brake off and in gear for the air to pump.

I have a 2011 rts. Since day one the acs suspension has not worked. Any suggestions..

You should be able to hear the air compressor running. Go to the manual air inflation fitting under the seat and let the air out of the bladder, then start the and listen for the compressor. If you hear it running, wait for it to stop, then use an tire pressure gauge to check the bladder air pressure. If it is very high (mine went to 120 lbs.), or zero you may have a problem with the ride height sensor. Check that the sensor arm is connected to the swing arm as shown in another post. It could also be a cracked air hose, or bad hose connection.
GL with it all - hope the cure is "inexpensive":yes::yes:

super hearing required?

Fuse

Hi,
If you can't here the compressor running---- you might want to check the fuse and see if the comp is even getting any electricty.

A blown fuse could cause========

I thought I read a post that stated the bike had to be running and in gear for the compressor to work.:dontknow:

This is true.

Also, BUDS has to be set with the minimum and maximum suspension height settings. If it is not, the system will not work. I've had the instrument cluster replaced on my Spyder several times, which also replaces many of, if not all of the computers. Each time BUDS had to be reset before the ACS would work. Also, in the photo shown above in one of the earlier posts, make sure the arm is in the proper orientation. It is possible to hook it up backwards (the elbow pointing in the wrong direction). If backwards, it will constantly be sending the opposite signals to the ACS and the system will constantly be pumping up and then purging air. It won't be long before the pump burns itself out.

Why has it taken four years, for you to ask any of this? :dontknow:

Some of us can be a bit slow. RE: other thread discussion of passenger controls for heat/radio: I have never used any of these since day one, and would not know if they are working or not. :bowdown:
