After seeing several posts about the one-way valve connected to the compressor that fails, I decided to replace mine today. With 36K, I thought I was probably due. My valve was not noticeably leaking, but it sure was corroded. I am glad I ordered the valve and replaced it. I was going to run the valve through my ultrasonic cleaner, but I thought due to the low cost of the the new valve, why bother cleaning it and I probably wouldn't trust it, even cleaned. The valve replacement should be part of BRP's normal maintenance schedule. That moisture in the compressed air really is hard on those valves. Hopefully, my original compressor will carry on!
