• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Accent LED Lighting

Well, I opened my mouth last night and asked my wife what she wanted for her birthday. Immediately, I mean IMMEDIATELY, she said she wants accent lights under her Spyder.

This is way out of my expertise. I have seen the GlowRider wheel lights and they look pretty cool (She will think so too, if she sees them).

Has anybody lit up the underside of their Spyder? Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Any and all help is greatly aprreciated!

I did a little.

I bought mine from ebay paid about $100.(that was enough to do my bike and my wife's bike) It takes a little time to do and you do have to solder wires if you want to move them around. If your ever up my way I can always help. It lots of fun for me.

Some of the other sponsors on here have some but you will be paying much more. But they are more plug and play.

Mine is part vendor, part mine. Went with a separate controller/power source off battery.
Tric-Lec (Site Sponsor) has some very good ideas/products. They also sell "posi-Lock" conectors and line taps.
Remember when adding lights to panels, they may have to come off later. (learned hard way). Posi-locks" come in pairs, one red, one gray or I used a R/C conector from Radio Schack. They are a snap/unsnap together unit
Ideas where to put them, browse around on this site.
Good luck
