• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

About the new Bra and Tips

Spyder#353

Received my bra and fender tips the other day.:yikes: I can't put them on my bike. Because they would ruin my $3,000 paint job. About the craftsmanship. There is none. No soft backing to protect your paint. Ugly stitching. I'm sending mine back tomorrow. I'll wait til some body design a better quality bra and tips. Maybe something like the soft cloth bra's made for the new Corvette. The vinyl crap gotta go, it's 2009 not 1975.

Boy I'd love to respond to this and it would be funny, but since I don't no you yet....... I'll pass.

I would actually suggest, for you, that you use the 3M clear paint protection vinyl to let that paint job show through and protect your paint from rock chips at the same time. All vehicle bras like those are horrible.

It is just a transparent film, the rep will know what your talking about unless they are a new employee. Let me know if you have a problem and I will look up the item description and number. I ordered mine directly from 3M's website and installed it myself.

I went to 3M's website and don't see a listing for the Spyder. Can you provide a link?

Thanks

The guy I spoke to. E-mailed a picture of all the 3M pcs. Cut to size for the can-am spyder. No MM cut by hand. These are precision cut by computer. I might have him do the top of my new trailer. Because, I can see it would be easy to put something on it. There goes the paint job.

When I went to the site, over a year ago, there was nothing for the Spyder. I just ordered a roll of the film, cut it and applied it to two places of my Spyder. 353 has much more current info.

How do I get in touch with this person or is there a part number for the kit?

I guess you get your highs on watching naked women on your bike. Good for you but soooo degrading. And they call it art.
