• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Riding to work yesterday, noticed the little yellow engine blinky blinky on my screen. Then I noticed the orange engine blinky blinky on the lower middle of the screen. !*#$@%$!!! Bike seemed to be running OK, all of the gauges were in the normal range. Got to work, turned it off, let it sit a few minutes, and restarted. Same blinky blinky. #$%@!#$%!!!!! Pulled the code (Thanks Lamonster!) P0340. Got out my handy dandy code reference - camshaft position sensor. Great. Where in the bloody hell is THAT located?? And how much is it going to cost??

It's just forward of the oil filter, and it costs $45.00. I can barely get my big hands in there to work, but it looks fairly easy to take out. Unfortunately, of course, no one in my part of the US has one, so I had to order it. %$^&#@$!!! Now I'll have to wait until at least Tuesday to be able to ride again. I'm already having withdrawal pains!
