• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yesterday as I was getting ready to load up to go home after work, I noticed that my HMT Brake light was not working. This was very frustrating since I knew that this must have happened after I got Gray taken to a tint place and get some colors added into her (more pics later, waiting on a few items to complete the proyect). Since the guys at the tint place had to remove the HMT light to add some colors, I almost went to a panic mode, but forgot about it after it was delivered. Anyway, I tear the back end appart trying to figure out why it wasn't working. Figured that the wires going to the HMT light were hot all the way up to the light, but no light whatsoever. Called Custom Dynamics to see about their warranty (bought it back in December) and got transfered to tech support and spoke to Dennis. After Dennis realized that the light was out even with a hot wire, he proceded to let sales know to ship me another light. After that, I proceded to order the Magic Break Light strobes for Gray and Roxy (since I'll have to install the replacement light anyway, figured I'd get this out of the way) and added a 2 day shipping option. Next day, I get the email from CD saying that the order was proccessed and ready for shipping, so I wondered if they processed the light as well. Spoke to Karen, which she said that the note was there but did not ship the HMT light just the strobes. I told her that I figured that maybe they could get the light in the same package. Sure enough, I got a call a few minutes later that they got the strobe order, processed the HMT warranty claim, and everything is now on one box to be delivered on Friday.

Is that customer service at it's best or what?!?!?:yes::yes: Too bad they are not coming to Spyderfest!:(

Might have burned out while the :cus: guys were trying to install it back to the trunk. As I was taking it off to test, I saw a section of the wire stripped (probably by rubbing it too much on the edges.):mad:
 
There are a few vendors I would give an A+ rating to and CD is one of them. I've been dealing with Dave and his crew for a couple of years now and they run a tight ship. America would be a better place to live if all businesses ran the way they do.

After spending nearly 1500 in lighting and adapters with them, i was helping to get sponsors for Spyders in the Redwoods and without hesitating they donated a $200 gift card for our raffle.

They are easy it install with their directions, and none of the lights have failed me. :-)

Oh and my lights have been quoted as being 'annoyingly bright' haha. Perfect!
