• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A new member and an idea about CB Problems

OK, that makes more sense now...and it would explain why a new cluster instead of just a firmware update would be needed.

Just curious: Am I the only one who's also had the AM/FM radio replaced along with the instrument cluster to correct the PTT problem? I've not seen any other reference to that being done. CB works fine now.

OK..Mr Administrator.
It's time to close this post...everyone is talking dirty and I don't understand a word. :dontknow::dontknow:
Can any of you people speak english in words of 2 syllables or less??
I don't think electronics was invented when I was at school so comprehension over the years has been slow in coming.
My old man was a computer programmer when programming cards were used. He tried to explain programming to me one day.
After 5 minutes I just got up and walked out..couldn't understand one word he was saying.
Why can't they teach a computer to understand the written or spoken word.
I'm like Jack O'neil....."easy you say???"

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

cheers all
Pete
