• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A little cool, but a great ride this morning.

It was 28 when I went out for the paper this morning, but clear and the sun was coming up. I suited up in my electric jacket and heavy pants and went to the barn to tell Mr. Cognac we were going for a ride with our group, The Hill Country Road Riders. Mr. Cognac said "No, too cold. I won't go and you can't make me start!" I said "okay, I will take Punkin, the trusty Gold Wing Motor Trike!" Mr. Cognac said Okay, I will go. I met eleven others of our group and we rode for a couple of hours and then had lunch at the Tejas Steakhouse in Bulverde, TX. Great food and lots of fun. I did not say anything, but his heated grips did come in handy.....

I hope it warmed up a bit for the ride home. We've had cold mornings and warmish afternoons so you've really got to layer it or you'll be too toasty in the afternoon. I know I'm in no hurry for summer to get here.

It did warm us to the high 50s, it always does....I just shut off my battery powered jacket and enjoyed the sun and my buddies. Many of whom I have been riding with for 25 years....

It's suppose to be dry and around 50 today so I'm going to fire up my RTL and take a little ride sinece I need to run around some. I
just got back from Mexico Friday and it was in the low 80's there. But I do need a 3 wheel fix.

Hard to believe but here in the "Old Pueblo" yesterday it was 82*. Nice 200 mile ride. By the end of the day we were in shirtsleeves and complaining about the heat!
