• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A few questions

EGPS

Thanks for the replys. We are going in the morning to check them out.. we are going to Elk Grove Motorsport. They seem to have good reviews. But if anyone has heard anything speak up. I called today and they said they were blowing some 2011 modles. Any big difference. Between 2011 and 2012. Besides saving a bunch of money. I am pretty sure I am goin to go for a RT.

This is our dealership - Subrina and crew will take excellent care of you

My wife and I geared up to the max and sat on the RT in the showroom. We total over 500 lbs. No issues at all. I suggest a solo test ride before the 2 up test ride. I am glad I did anyways. Good luck, Spyder Lovers are the best people in the world.

Dog out..........

So this thread has gone to the pooper. Ha ha. So any feed back on the savings between getting a 2011 at a great price as to a 2012. What came out in 2012 that 2011s did not have? If I do get the Spyder it will be a two hour ride home on the freeway. A little nevous about that! Anyway I will let you guys know how it plays out.

Congrats

Congrats on the new :spyder2: purchase. We purchased the same (2012 RT White Limited) about a month ago (27 Apr) and love it. We recently had the first service done and with tomorrow's Rolling Thunder ride :D, we'll surpass the 1K mileage. Regarding the weight limit, the wife & I are near 500 lbs and close to the listed limit. Although it handles well, it does appear to be a little sluggish from dead stops when we both ride (understandable). However, it performs awesome otherwise. Enjoy your new ryde and ryde safe!! :doorag:

Lets see made it home in one piece. Two hours driving on the highway doing 70 with cross winds is not the best way to start. I did put fifty miles on it during around Elk Groove area. Rode home with me sixteen year old son. I can tell I am going to have to do something about the brake pedle. It seems to not fit my foot very good. Must likley how im am riding. I got 190 miles on it the first day.
